Whether you are cycling alone, with friends, or with your children, find the perfect bike (or combination of bikes) in one of our stores. You can make a booking directly here on our site, or call in directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Tandem

Cycle on the same bike together with our tandem bike. The back seat is made for an adult and will stir the direction of the bike, the front is for a child and the handlebar is fixed.

E-Cargo Bikes

Upgrade your cargo to an e-cargo and fly with your passengers through the city. You are not actually flying, of course, but it does feel a bit like it as you glide past Copenhagen’s scenery.

Children Bikes

We also offer bikes for our smaller guests. Our children bikes come with the same comfort as our adult bikes. Two sizes available: 20’’ (120-140 cm) and 24’’ (140-160 cm).

E-Bikes

Easy cycling with our e-bike fleet. Even though Copenhagen is flat, the wind can be a force to be reckoned with. Our e-bikes will carry you smoothly through the city.

HOW BIG ARE THE GROUPS ON PUBLIC TOURS?

We work with a maximum of 15 participants per tour. We do our best to avoid overbooking and keeping the number below 15 per tour.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING LATEST FOR A FULL REFUND?

You can cancel your booking up until 24 hours before the start of the booking for a full refund. This rule may not apply to larger group bookings.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit- and debit-cards as well as cash. For rentals, please note that we have to take a deposit for any other payment method than credit card, and that you have to return the bikes during our opening hours (09.00-14.30) to receive your deposit back. The deposit for a normal bike is 500 kr. and 1000 kr. for a special bike.

WHEN AND WHERE DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE BIKES?

All bikes must be returned either by 18.00 on the last day of the rental period, or on the following morning between 08.30 and 09.00. For bikes that are returned later, we will charge you an extra day. Bikes need to be returned to the same place that you picked them up.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF FLAT TIRE OR OTHER DAMAGES?

During the time of the rental, you are fully responsible for any damages to the bike and you agree to pay for any damages. If you would like to be insured against flat tires, you can get our Flat Tire Insurance. Please read our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for a full overview. 

In case the bike breaks and you cannot continue your trip, give us a call, or return with the bike to the store to get a new one. Don’t panic. We will always find a solution.
